What Anthrotempo provides
Anthrotempo offers free calculators, charts, 3D views and articles about the world’s population: how many people are alive, their ages, births, deaths and life expectancy, and how these change over time. The information is provided for general information and education.
What the figures can and cannot tell you
The population figures come from the United Nations World Population Prospects. They are estimates up to 2023 and projections from 2024 on. Estimates are modelled from censuses, surveys and registers, and projections describe one possible future, not a forecast that will come true. All figures describe populations, not individuals: a share of people your age, or the average life expectancy of a country, says nothing about your own life or health.
Anthrotempo is not intended for medical, actuarial, insurance, legal or financial decisions. For such purposes, use official sources and qualified professionals.
No warranty
The website and its content are provided “as is”, without any warranty of accuracy, completeness or availability. The website may be changed, interrupted or discontinued at any time.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for damages arising from the use of the website or from reliance on its information. This does not limit liability for intent or gross negligence, or liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Texts, graphics, the design and the software of Anthrotempo are protected by copyright. You may link to any page and share results, including screenshots of your own results, for non-commercial purposes with a reference to Anthrotempo. Other use requires permission.
The population data and the maps are subject to their own licences, listed on the data sources page.

Anthrotempo links to external websites and shows ads provided by Google. The operator has no control over their content and is not responsible for it.
