Mistakes happen, and we want to know about them.
How to report a mistake
Write to hello@anthrotempo.com. Please include the address of the page, what you think is wrong and, if you can, a source. You do not need to give your name.
What we do
- We check the statement against the dataset or the primary source it comes from.
- If it is wrong, we correct it in all six languages.
- If the correction changes a number or the meaning of a page, the page says so with the date of the correction.
- Changes to the data itself, such as a new United Nations release or an official correction, are listed on the data updates page.
What is not a mistake
Figures for years from 2024 on are projections and will differ from what actually happens. The site updates them when the United Nations publishes a new edition. A different number in another source can also come from a different definition or reference date. We are still happy to explain the difference.
